1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 207 pub ("207 pub," "we," "us," "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the 207 pub online gaming platform, accessible at 207pub.co and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

207 pub reserves the right to request verification documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access 207 pub's real-money gaming features, you must register an account. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 207 pub. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification, your date of birth, your current Philippine residential address, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 207 pub are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Source of Funds: All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts legally held in the player's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

207 pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each bonus offer's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute at a reduced rate; certain specialty games may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's detailed terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses and free spins expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the player's account without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: 207 pub strictly prohibits bonus abuse in all forms, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players for bonus exploitation, and any other conduct deemed by 207 pub to constitute systematic or dishonest bonus claiming.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw: 207 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus retain their rights to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms unless the modification is required by regulatory instruction.

6 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on 207 pub — including live casino games, slots, bingo, sports betting, and specialty games — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. 9 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 207 pub platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 207 pub content without prior written consent from 207 pub.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 207 pub's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

207 pub is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profits or earnings; loss of data; interruptions to service caused by factors outside 207 pub's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, government action, acts of God, or third-party service disruptions); or decisions made by players regarding their gaming activity.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
